This venue has closed

BEAM permanently closed on 31 October 2025, ending almost a decade of events at Thonglor's 72 Courtyard complex — the whole 72 Courtyard compound (including Feral, Pi Shop, Kenji's Ramen Lab and Beer Belly) shut down the same night. BEAM's sister venue BEAMCUBE, at Mahanakhon, followed on 29 November 2025.

BEAM's own team framed the closure as a transformation rather than an ending — "this isn't goodbye, it's a promise that the spirit we built together will live on in new ways" — but as of this writing there is no confirmed new physical venue. Its former official site (beamclub.com) no longer resolves.

This page is kept as a historical record. The venue details that used to live here (hours, entry, dress code, door policy) described how BEAM operated before its closure and should not be used to plan a visit.

Where to go instead

For a currently operating Bangkok house or techno night, see Mustache Bangkok (Silom) or Veyla Bangkok (Ekkamai) — both verified open as of 2026 in our Bangkok house clubs guide.

What BEAM was

BEAM ran two rooms inside 72 Courtyard for close to a decade: the downstairs Dalmatian Room leaned tech-house and deep house, while the upstairs room ran hip-hop and trap.

Closure verified 2026-07-09 against Mixmag Asia ("BEAM announces closure after almost a decade of events in Bangkok") and BK Magazine ("72 Courtyard in Thonglor is closing for good. October 31 is the last hurrah"), cross-checked against the now-dead beamclub.com domain.
