A 25-year Amerikamura institution with a rooftop and multiple floors — genuinely all-mix, so house is one flavour among several nights.

La noche (¿es house?)

Established in 1999, clubJOULE is one of Japan's longest-running electronic venues and books across techno, trance, house, drum & bass and psytrance — plus an occasional hip-hop or reggae night. There's a rooftop element and a multi-floor layout. It's an all-mix room rather than a house specialist, so a house-leaning night depends on who's booked — check the week's line-up before you go.

PUERTA
Standard Japan club door — valid photo ID required for everyone (driver's licence, passport, residence card); no strict dress policy but scruffy sportswear can draw a second look. Lockers are available for a small fee.
CÓDIGO
No official code published; the general Japanese club norm applies — avoid shorts, tank tops, sweats and sandals.
FOTOS
Da por hecho que no se hacen fotos en la pista; muchos tapan la cámara.habitual
EDAD
20+ (Japan's standard clubbing age — bring your passport; ID checks are strict and routine)
EFECTIVO
¥2,000–3,000 most nights, rising to ¥4,000–6,000 for headline or holiday events (as of 2026; usually includes one drink ticket — extra drinks are paid separately)
ENTRAR
Pay the cover at the door — budget ¥2,000–3,000 for a normal weekend, more for a headline touring DJ or a holiday date, and it typically includes a drink ticket (extra rounds are paid separately, and the club sells small lockers for about ¥300). There's no standing foreigner discount, so don't expect one, but occasional guest-list or promo deals do surface around specific events — check Resident Advisor. Always carry a passport; a photo of it is often not accepted.
